Service Delivery

What you buy

A one-to-one online counselling session of 30 minutes for ₹500. The price includes all charges. Nothing physical is shipped.

When it is delivered

• Your booking is confirmed on screen as soon as the payment succeeds, and we send you an email with your booking ID.
• The session takes place at the date and time you chose. All times are India time (IST).
• Your Google Meet link appears in My sessions 15 minutes before the start. On a phone you join through the Google Meet app. On a computer, the browser is enough. You can choose video or voice only when you book.
• After the session, your counsellor writes your three-step plan. It appears in My sessions, and we email you when it is ready.

If we cannot deliver

If the counsellor cannot attend, or a fault on our side stops the session, you can choose a full refund or a free new booking. See our Refunds and Cancellations page.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days.

Where we serve

Manan Verse is available only in India, to adults living in India.
